2) Comparing to exes. OMG so they said this one sentence that your ex used to say all the time. No, it does not mean you have to stay clear from them. Everyone deserves a clean slate and you probably need it more than most...
3) Not offering to pay. I know this can get awkward but we should all, ladies and gents, be offering to pay the bill and if not at the first date, then try at the second.
4) Not having a good sense of humour. Take that stick out of your a** and have a good time for once in your life.
5) Not being confident. Dates are not meant to be pity parties. If you're fetching for compliments the whole time it's just awkward as hell and definitely not a turn on.
6) Not expressing yourself clearly. "I AM LOOKING FOR A RELATIONSHIP" It's really just as simple as that and everyone should start using that sentence way more often.
7) Jumping to conclusions quickly. If you're already over analyzing what's going to happen after your date while you're still ON your date, you need to take a chill pill ASAP and just learn to go with the flow a bit more.
8) Trying to "rehabilitate" a bad boy/girl. I think we all know someone who seems to always want to be a saviour for someone who is doomed to be a f*ckboy or f*ckgirl. Let them be. They chose to be that way, TRUST ME.
9) Looking for perfection. ...I mean you're just never going to find it so I don't really know what to tell you.
10) Being selfish. Sometimes it's important to take a good long look in the mirror to see what we can also bring to the table to make the dates better, and how it's not only about our individual needs, as dating and relationships are essentially a constant team effort. If you remain selfish, it will be the biggest road block in your love life no matter how amazing you are.
